Our journey to Lisbon began with excitement and curiosity, a city that promised color, culture, and charm at every corner. Known as the city of seven hills, Lisbon welcomed us with its eclectic mix of modernity and tradition, where each street felt like an open canvas of life. With cameras in hand and hearts eager to explore, we set out to capture the soul of this vibrant destination.
This Lisbon travel blog is your guide to experiencing the best of Lisbon through the lens of travel photography.
Day 01
After settling into our Airbnb, we decided to keep it simple and explore the area around us. The late afternoon sun bathed the city in a warm glow, making the terracotta rooftops and mustard-yellow buildings appear even more enchanting. As we strolled through the streets, the vibrancy of Lisbon struck us immediately. This was no city for black-and-white compositions; its spirit demanded to be captured in full technicolor. The cobblestone paths, patterned tiles, and colorful trains felt like scenes straight out of a dream.
We paused often to absorb the life around us – the cheerful chatter of locals, the clinking of glasses from nearby cafés, and the occasional rattle of a tram. These small, quiet moments painted an intimate portrait of Lisbon, one that made me eager to explore deeper. If you’re a fan of Lisbon travel photography, this city will never disappoint.
